ACEST
PROGRAM NU SE MAI ORGANIZEAZA
Obiectiv general:
pregătire (masterat, studii post-universitare) in analiza și
Obiectivele specifice:
-
Dezvoltarea unui nou curriculum in domeniul
ingineriei riscurilor in vederea creșterii relevantei invătămantului superior pentru piata muncii, cu
focalizare pe elementele specifice teoriei și practicii
riscurilor, prin programe de master și studii
postuniversitare, in conformitate cu Cadrul National al
Calificărilor in Invătămantul Superior și cu normativele
europene.
-
Imbunatatirea oportunitătilor de invatare și
formare a specialiștilor, din diverse domenii de
activitate, in gestionarea riscului, prin invatamant la
distanta (platforma e-learning) și imbunatatirea
serviciilor de documentare știintifică și bibliotecă.
-
Relevanta
prevăzute de CSNR 2007-2013; Know-how-ul dobandit in urma

Master degree
in Risk Theory and Applications
The mission
The graduate studies "Risk Theory and
Applications" curriculum is strongly connected with the necessity of
coagulation of the efforts for systemic organization of the studies
in risk theory, the enhancement of their applicability and the
dissemination of the results, especially in the context of the great
need of implementation in Romania of the European norms in this
area.
The "Al. I. Cuza" University of Iasi has human
potential, in partnership with other educational institutions of the
European Union, to contribute effectively to the creation of a
mechanism for teaching and training specialists. These specialists
should be capable to analyze, with innovative methods, existing or
potential risks and to disseminate the results of the risks analysis
and of the vulnerability of processes and phenomena in the
economical, industrial, social and scientific sectors.
In this framework, it is proposed a new
curriculum in risk theory, in order to increase the relevance of the
higher education for the labor market, focusing on specific elements
of risk theory and applications, by graduate and postgraduate
programs in accordance with the National Framework of Qualifications
in Higher Education and the European norms.
This graduate study program offers those skills
needed to deal with:
feasibility and risk studies of
investment for European and / or national projects
theory and practice of decisions
taken under conditions of partial knowledge or perception
solving problems involving
manageability risk situations.
The employment opportunities / careers deriving
from the skills mentioned above are obviously major and covers the
whole range of fields: economics, finance, industry, environment,
social area, planning, monitoring, research, etc.
The graduate
study program is two-year long and is affered to alumni who hold a
bachelor's degree or equivalent (in any field). The first year
curricula will be presented in an accessible manner, addressing
general concepts and results, followed by the second year dedicated
(depending on requirements) to the following educational routes:
economic and financial risks, natural risks, technological risks,
risks in Computer Science.
Objectives:
-
Developing a new curriculum in risk theory, in order to increase
the relevance of the higher education to the labor market,
focusing on specific elements of risk theory and applications,
by graduate and postgraduate programs in accordance with the
National Framework of Qualifications in Higher Education and the
European norms.
-
Improving the learning and training opportunities in risk
management, for specialists in various fields of activity,
through distance learning (e-learning platform) and the
improvement of scientific documentation and library.
-
Making agreements with national entities and with foreign
educational and research institutions to direct the transfer of
information toward the economic and industrial environment and
toward the social area, as well as to optimize the process of
training (in European context) specialists capable to analyze,
with innovative methods, existing or potential risks.
